All of our stylists here at Balayage Bar & Boutique work very hard to accommodate as many clients as their daily schedule will allow, which means when a client arrives late to their scheduled appointment it tends to put us in a bind. Also, when you cancel last minute (24 hrs or less), your stylist is typically not able to fill that spot. We understand things come up, however we ask the courtesy of letting us know at least 24 hours in advance shall an emergency arise. Any cancellations or rescheduling done with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file. No-Showed appointments and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled to the card on file.
